These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the pak395 platform, including all gaming services, sports betting markets, account management features, and payment processing. By registering or continuing to use pak395, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out in this document.

pak395 is strictly an adult-only platform. No person under the age of 21 may register an account, deposit funds, place bets, or access any gaming service on pak395. Age verification may be required at any point and accounts found to belong to under-age users will be closed immediately.
Each individual may hold exactly one pak395 account. Duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity details, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — are prohibited. pak395 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or bonuses.
All bonuses and promotional credits awarded to pak395 accounts are subject to wagering requirements and rollover conditions detailed in the individual bonus terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering threshold has been met in full. Misuse of bonuses will result in forfeiture.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak395 login credentials. All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed and withdrawals requested — is deemed authorised by you. pak395 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
pak395 applies identity and payment verification procedures before processing withdrawal requests. pak395 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where a breach of these Terms and Conditions is suspected or confirmed. This includes — but is not limited to — fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, match fixing, underage registration, or providing false identity information.
Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and pak395 ("the Company", "we", "us"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the pak395 platform. Continued use of pak395 after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
2.1 To register and maintain an active Account on pak395, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
2.2 During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a working email address, and your date of birth. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2.3 pak395 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any stage, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, a selfie with your CNIC, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension.
2.4 pak395 operates under an international gaming license. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Company makes no representation that the Platform is legal, appropriate, or available in any particular location.
3.1 One Account Policy. Each User is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on pak395. The operation of more than one Account — whether under the same identity, a different identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same Payment Method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, pak395 reserves the right to close all but the oldest verified Account and to void any balances, bets, or bonuses associated with the duplicate Accounts.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. You must not share your login credentials — username, password, or two-factor authentication codes — with any third party. You must notify pak395 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. pak395 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3.3 Account Closure by User. You may request the permanent closure of your pak395 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered Payment Method subject to completion of KYC verification. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules.
3.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account shall be considered inactive if no login or real-money transaction has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. pak395 may apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive Accounts in accordance with a schedule communicated to the registered email address on file. Where the balance reaches zero, the Account may be closed.
Important: Never share your pak395 password with anyone — including individuals claiming to represent pak395 support. Our agents will never ask for your password.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods. pak395 currently supports the following PKR-denominated deposit and withdrawal channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and general bank transfer. The availability of specific Payment Methods may change from time to time. pak395 reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue support for any Payment Method with reasonable notice to Users.
4.2 Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are ordinarily credited to your Account balance within minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. pak395 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your Payment Method provider may apply its own transaction charges.
4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to KYC verification being complete and no security review being active on the Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a Payment Method previously used to fund the Account. pak395 does not charge withdrawal fees; network or banking fees charged by your Payment Method provider are not within pak395's control.
4.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that you own outright and are legally entitled to use. Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, criminal, or unauthorised means is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant financial authorities. pak395 applies anti-money laundering screening to all account transactions.
4.5 Currency. All Account balances, bets, bonuses, and transactions on pak395 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pak395 does not apply currency conversion charges to PKR-denominated transactions.
4.6 Failed or Reversed Transactions. If a deposit is reversed, charged back, or disputed by you or your Payment Method provider after funds have been credited to your pak395 Account and used for betting, pak395 reserves the right to debit your Account for the equivalent amount and to suspend the Account pending investigation.
5.1 General Betting Rules. All bets placed on the pak395 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game category. In the event of any conflict between a general rule and a sport-specific or game-specific rule, the more specific rule shall prevail. pak395's sports betting rules are published in the Platform's dedicated Rules section and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is only valid and binding once pak395 has confirmed acceptance and the bet appears in your Account's betting history with a confirmed bet reference. No bet shall be considered accepted solely on the basis that funds have been deducted from your balance pending confirmation. pak395 reserves the right to decline or void any bet at its discretion, including in cases of technical error, odds compilation error, or suspected market manipulation.
5.3 Odds and Market Changes. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed and confirmed at the time of acceptance, not those shown at the time you began the bet placement process. Live betting markets move in real time and pak395 accepts no liability for odds changes occurring between your bet selection and final confirmation.
5.4 Casino and Instant Games. All casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, Monster Dice, and Basketball — are governed by the rules specific to each game as displayed within the game interface. All casino games use independently certified random number generators (RNGs). Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available within individual game information panels.
5.5 Void Bets. pak395 reserves the right to declare bets void in circumstances including: technical malfunction of the Platform or third-party data feeds; the occurrence of a force majeure event; abandonment, postponement, or cancellation of a sporting event; or where pak395 has reasonable grounds to believe a bet was placed in circumstances constituting fraud, match fixing, or abuse of the Platform.
5.6 Maximum Winnings. pak395 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per 24-hour period. These limits are displayed within the betting interface at the time of bet placement. Where a calculated payout exceeds the applicable maximum, the maximum payout shall apply.
6.1 pak395 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet promotions, and other time-limited offers to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to individual promotional terms in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between the bonus-specific terms and these Terms, the bonus-specific terms shall take precedence for matters directly related to that bonus.
6.2 Unless the applicable bonus terms specify otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any portion of the bonus balance — or winnings derived from it — may be withdrawn. The Wagering Requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the relevant promotion page.
6.3 pak395 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification shall not affect bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered through by Users in good standing.
6.4 Systematic bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, using arbitrage strategies to clear wagering requirements at reduced risk, or wagering bonus funds exclusively on markets with near-certain outcomes — is prohibited and constitutes grounds for bonus forfeiture and Account closure.
Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and displayed as distinct line items in your Account. Real-money funds are always used first in any bet unless the relevant bonus requires otherwise.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak395 Platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
8.1 All content on the pak395 Platform — including but not limited to the pak395 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.
8.3 The pak395 name and logo may not be used in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without the prior written consent of the Company.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak395 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated savings.
9.2 pak395 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, free from technical errors, or compatible with all devices and network configurations. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability, and pak395 shall not be liable for losses incurred as a result of such unavailability.
9.3 In no event shall pak395's total aggregate liability to you arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by the Company's gross negligence, to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law.
10.1 pak395 collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by Users in connection with Account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, and platform usage. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by the pak395 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of this legal agreement.
10.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including sharing with payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or by pak395's licensing obligations.
10.3 pak395 applies industry-standard data security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, access controls, and regular security audits to protect personal data held on its systems. Despite these measures, pak395 cannot guarantee absolute security and shall not be liable for data breaches resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

13.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pak395's international gaming license jurisdiction.
13.2 In the event of any dispute between you and pak395, you are encouraged to contact the pak395 support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. pak395 commits to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
13.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitral institution specified in pak395's licensing framework. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
13.4 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect rights pending the outcome of arbitration.
